Information you submit
The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional company, layer count, quantity and project message, together with your consent and submission time. Use it for an initial discussion; do not submit confidential design files, account credentials or sensitive personal information.
Storage and follow-up
Submitted inquiries are stored privately in this website’s WordPress database and are accessible to authorized administrators. An email notification is attempted to [email protected] for follow-up. Email delivery depends on the hosting mail configuration; the saved inquiry remains in the backend if notification delivery fails.
Spam protection
The form uses short-lived submission tokens, a hidden spam field and request limits. Request limits use a salted hash of the connection IP address in temporary storage. The hosting provider may maintain its own security and access logs.
External websites
Following a quotation or reference link takes you to another website with its own practices. Form details are not automatically transmitted to PCBSync or another linked website by this form.
Browser and hosting services
The design tools run in your browser and do not upload the values entered into them. Existing hosting, security, caching or analytics services may process information according to their configuration. This notice describes the inquiry and tools implemented here; contact the site operator for details of additional services.
